Wilks does not separate raw, wraps, or single-ply—your inputs define the total.
80 kg lifter, 150 / 100 / 180 kg → total 430 kg, Wilks about 293.56.
Wilks multiplies your kilogram total by a coefficient derived from a fifth-degree polynomial in body mass, with one set of constants for men and another for women. The coefficient is structured so lighter lifters receive a larger multiplier than super-heavyweights when comparing points. For programming and nutrition around strength goals, browse our fitness and lifestyle calculators—but always follow your federation’s published formula if scores must be official.
